The 2007 Railroad Days Train Show was once again a huge success! Visitors to the two-day event enjoyed viewing model railroad exhibits, as well as shopping for railroad treasures. A Die Cast Toy Show was added to the weekend, with die cast toy enthusiasts participating as vendors and visitors. Over $13,000 was raised for the CSC Foundation scholarship fund. Visitors and vendors came from the state of Illinois, all over the United States and abroad. The Foundation would like to thank the numerous community members and CSC employees who volunteered their time to make these events run so smoothly. In addition, we recognize Mr. Harry Grossman, Train Show Coordinator and Mr. Barry Wainer, Die Cast Toy Show Coordinator, for their commitment to CSC and for their valuable fundraising efforts.
