Students who are registered for at least six credit hours may apply for a one-time grant or loan to take care of an emergency bill.  These funds are only for non-academic, non-recurring expenses.  Tuition, fees, books, or deferred payment plans are not eligible for Crisis Grants/Loans.  In each instance, the student is required to show documentation of the financial situation and submit a letter explaining the specific circumstances of the emergency.
